We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Kulani Kinis, so we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Kinis
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
